General Conference

There was one talk that stood out over conference weekend, was the talk by Elder Lawrence E. Corbridge. In this talk, he used alot of the different tools of rhetoric to emphasis key ideas in his talk. The major tool he used was repetition. Elder Corbridge used the same phrasing over and over again, making sure that his listeners understood the point he was trying to make. He had already established his authority by merely being asked to talk at Conference.
